Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-11

These terms apply to CasinoStreamTools. By creating an account or using a CasinoStreamTools widget, overlay or page you agree to them.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the service.

No gambling services

CasinoStreamTools is streaming software. We do not offer, operate or promote real-money gambling, we do not take bets or deposits, and we hold no money for anyone. Casinos linked from Casino Offers pages are independent third parties with their own terms. You are responsible for following the law where you and your audience are, the rules of your streaming platform (for example Twitch or Kick gambling policies) and any advertising or affiliate disclosure rules that apply to you.

Free plan

The free plan includes the Bonus Hunt widget, !sr slot requests and a Casino Offers page (up to 5 of your own affiliate links) with the default look, with no time limit. Free widgets show a small casinostreamtools.com line, which must not be removed, covered or cropped.

Premium, Founder and Sponsored

Premium is prepaid for 30, 90 or 365 days ($9.99, $24.99 or $79). It is not a subscription: it never renews on its own and nothing is charged automatically. Founder is a single payment of $149 for Premium features for the life of the service, limited to the first 20 accounts. Sponsored accounts get the Premium features without paying; we grant them by hand after reviewing an application and may end a sponsorship. All prices are in US dollars and decided on our server.

How you pay. Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC, ETH or LTC) through Crypto Pay, the payment service of the Telegram bot @CryptoBot, which is a separate service with its own terms. We store the invoice ID, the plan, the amount and the payment status, never a wallet address or card data. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent: check the plan and period before you pay. If purchases are not open yet, the pricing page says so.

When a period ends. We email you 3 days before the end. After the end date there are 3 days of grace; then the account returns to Free: your data is kept, Premium-only widgets and look settings lock and the casinostreamtools.com line returns. Buying again adds time to your current end date. "For life" for Founder means as long as CasinoStreamTools is operated; if we ever shut it down we will announce it in advance.

Refunds. Ask through Support in your dashboard within 7 days of paying: unused periods are refunded in crypto. Time already used and payments already refunded are not refunded again. If a payment cannot be applied to your account we refund it.

Your account

Use a real email address you control and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the moderators you invite. Your OBS URLs work without a login: treat them like passwords, never show them on stream, and use Regenerate URL in the dashboard if one leaks.

Acceptable use

Do not use CasinoStreamTools to:

  • break the law, or promote gambling to minors or to people in places where it is not allowed;
  • promote unlicensed casinos, scams, or misleading bonus claims;
  • harass people, or show hateful or sexual content in widgets, slot requests or offers pages;
  • overload, scrape, probe or attack the service, or get around rate limits, bot protection or plan limits;
  • resell or re-host the widgets as your own service.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you enter (hunts, settings, links). You allow us to store and display it only as needed to run the service for you, for example on your overlays and public pages.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime or of being free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost income or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Account. We may end the free service or change features with reasonable notice on this site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
